Use of meeting validation codes
There are validation codes for user who subscribe to meetings.
Could you explain what's the use case for them. I see that in the back office one can take that code as an input and validate it.

Hi @virgile_deville
The case of use by the code of the inscriptions is to control the quorum. Imagine meeting with 40 chairs and the session is full.
In the physical space, the enrolled participants will come. There is also the possibility to see non-enrolled participants. At this time, you can use the validation of the code in the particular meeting through the code of the participants.
If the code is valid, it means that the participant has previously registered. If the code is not valid, it means that someone has used the code previously or has not registered.
@paarals Thanks for answering ! So it's something you do on site if I understand well.
yep! This feature is "automatic way". It could also be done by exporting the inscriptions and doing it manually.
The system was designed to check registrations and validate attendance without administrators knowing the username of the person attending, thus protecting privacy.
