Meeting Minutes
1. Rails JS framework upgrade progress - Implementation of Stimulus from Hotwire
https://stimulus.hotwired.dev/
This is being implemented and refactored via module.
2. Release of v0.31
We’re finishing the release candidate, hopefully we have it for next week (Wednesday deployed on Metadecidim)
We still have some pending bugs for the final release: https://github.com/decidim/decidim/milestone/71
V0.29 and v0.30 are still supported and maintained. They still receive bugfixes (backports), until v0.31.0 is released.
2.1. Meatball menu overhaul of the admin section
https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/14651
https://nightly.decidim.org/admin/participatory_processes
2.2 Budgets module enhancements
With all the lessons learned from the last Participatory Budgeting voting phase in Barcelona. https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/14856
3. Improvements in the installation process for the Decidim Application
A project that has already begun, the idea is to improve the installation process by modernizing it and only officially supporting Docker deployments.
4. Surveys component improvements
We’re looking for funding and help with the implementation of https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/14273
5. Monthly patch releases
Currently it’s a goal for Maintainers, to have at least one release each month with the patch releases.
