Changes at "Roadmap Sync Session"

This session is open only to project partners and key stakeholders, as well as members of the association. Multiple people from the same organization may attend, but participation will be limited to one representative per organization.

1. Introduction and product update (10’). Explanation of the session dynamic and the development goals for 2025.

2. Individual presentations (25’). Each organization will have 2 minutes to present their 3 proposals, explaining why they should be prioritized. We will already have the proposals printed and placed on a board.

3. Dot voting (25’). Each organization will have 2 stickers to vote for the improvements they believe should be prioritized. A maximum of 2 stickers can be placed on any single proposal.

4. Review and prioritization (25’). We’ll review the most voted proposals, prioritize them, and discuss if any adjustments are needed to ensure their feasibility.

5. Closing and next steps (5’). The selected proposals will be included in the GitHub roadmap to track their implementation.
