Changes at "In Search of Autonomy: Strategies for Achieving Rapid and High-Value Deliveries"

Description: In this lightning talk, we will explore the strategies developed to achieve rapid and customized deliveries, meeting the needs of the processes contemplated by Brasil Participativo in 2024. From a technical perspective, we will address the main challenges faced from the drafting of the PPA to the current state of the art of the Brasil Participativo platform. We will share the lessons learned to make the platform increasingly autonomous and accessible for both users and administrators. We will discuss the main components used, such as Proposals, Meetings, and Participatory Texts, as well as the modifications implemented to achieve our goal of creating an inclusive platform that meets the needs of Brazilian participatory processes.
