Cambios en "Fronteras digitales y humanitarismo de vigilancia"

En aquesta xerrada introduirem diversos sistemes sociotècnics per a la governança de les persones refugiades i migrants que utilitzen tant les organitzacions internacionals com la Unió Europea i els seus estats membres. Tractarem d’identificar quines polítiques implementen aquests sistemes, si amb elles es poden o podrien garantir drets, o si pel contrari són una peça més que contribueix a l'estigmatització, exclusió i opressió de les poblacions migrants mitjançant mecanismes de criminalització, identificació i ordenació social.

In this talk we will introduce several socio-technical systems for the governance of refugees and migrants used by international organizations such as the European Union and its member states. We will try to identify which policies these systems implement, if they can or could guarantee rights, or if on the contrary they are one more piece that contributes to the stigmatization, exclusion and oppression of migrant populations through mechanisms of criminalization, identification and social ordering.
