WORKSHOP: Functionalities for groups (associations, cooperatives, groups, etc.)

Introduction: Organizations, entities, associations and other groups of the civil society are fundamental to understand the associative fabric of the city. One of the challenges of decidim.barcelona is to offer them tools and services based on their needs and direct intervention, giving visibility and prominence to the organizations in their active role in both participation processes.

Challenges: What current functionalities of decidim.barcelona can serve the associations? What other functionalities do they need for their internal use? Should they be transparent and visible to all citizens or private? Should the decidim.barcelona be used to call for demonstrations? In what way?

Examples: Integration of a voting system to elect the president, treasurer and secretary of an association, call for general assemblies, collaborative system of taking minutes of meetings and subsequent comments, debates and deliberation processes, ...
