Error when creating new scope for initiative type

When creating a new scope for a new initiative (consultations here in meta.decidim) from the admin panel I got an error 500. I expected to work well. This happened here in meta.decidim, from the admin panel go to Initiatives > Consultation > Edit > Scopes for Initiative type > New (when clicking the error shows up). I have reproduced it three times in different languages. See screen capture attached
