[CRITICAL] Vote/support button not responsive

1. The Vote/suppor button is not responding to action: you push the button, counter doesn't add the button doesn't display "Already voted", unless the page is refreshed. This is a very critical bug, since participant can unvote, they might keep pushing the vote button without knowing if they vote has been finally counted or not. Refreshing the page is not an obvious action to most participants. 2. As before, when the vote/support button is clicked it shoud change color, update to "already voted" and counter should add +1 (if configured for it). 3. This bug was found at meta.decidim.org, at the roadmap process, current versión v.0.15
