[ES] La asamblea se va a reunir una vez al año y es la responsable de aprobar las cuentas de la asociación, la modificación de los propios estatutos, el documento organizativo o el contrato social. En ella participan todas las persona que forman parte de la asociación. La toma de decisiones de la asamblea también se puede realizar mediante la instancia Decidim de la comunidad. La asamblea anual se realizará en el marco de las JAM, las Jornadas Anulaes de Metadecidim. En la asamblea participan todas las personas física y/o jurídicas que son miembros de la asociación. También se plantea la posibilidad de que participen organizaciones que no tienen personalidad jurídica propia. [EN] The assembly will meet once a year and is responsible for approving the accounts of the association, the modification of the statutes, the organizational document or the social contract. Everyone who is a member of the association participates in it. The decisions of the assembly can also be made through the Decidim instance of the community.
