Rules for governing the Propose New Features process (including digital and in-person proposals)
Rules and process for determining the product road map (defining the interactions between the TO, CC, and GA)
Rules and process for accepting features and/or modules into the core (defining the interactions between the TO, CC, and GA)
Rules and/or guidance on interoperability/dependency management and defining decision-making/delegation on these matters
