Position cursor on map to enter address
When geocoding is activated, the user could have an alternative way to enter address positioning the cursor on the map.
UX details :
In the complete proposal stage when creating a proposal the user could click on a button to position cursor on the map which open a model with a map on which the user could navigate to position pin and validate.
