Pages - Possibility to link to external URLs

It should be possible to create pages that are just links to external URLs. This would work through the "Pages" feature in Decidim and a new option would be added to configure the page as an external link instead of internal content page in Decidim. These links would show up in the pages list in the footer and under the "More information" main level page. In the pages editing view, a new dropdown would be added where user can select the "Type" for the page: - Page - External link When "External link" is selected, the editing view would provide the following fields: - Title - Same as with pages - External URL - URL to external content (language specific) - Description - Short description for the link to show under "More information" Similar feature is available in many CMS systems.
