User activity timeline

On a platform like Decidim users like to keep track of their content see if it's been associated to a result etc. The notification feed is nice to allow users to follow the activity of things I follow on Decidim but adding a personal timeline on the profile page would allow users to keep track of their activity on the platform and keep the organization accountable.
