If you are part of child assembly is because you are part of mother assembly. The new feature is that when we introduce a private user in a child assembly automatically become private user of mothers' assembly.

Follow a general rule. If you are part of a subgroup it is because you are part of a group, which has been reduced for a purpose (executive, work group, etc.). All members of this subgroup are members of the group. I agree, however, that sometimes commissions can be made with people outside the organization itself. Maybe @yaiza can give us more examples.

I tend to agree, that this should be the case in some types of organizations. You mention groups and almost by mathematical force (set theory) it is true that a member of subgroup is automatically a member of the group. However, this is not always true of some governmental systems. Sometime the hierarchically "superior" organs or assemblies imply that they decide over the lower sub-assemblies or working group proposals. So, for example, an executive committee with 10 members (that could be elected), decides upon the proposals made by an advisory board of a specific working group, that is made by 20 members out of which only 2 sit on the executive committee that is "superior" on the hierarchy. This can happen in some sociocratic systems, representative-democratic systems, etc. I like very much those where the rule "if you belong to a lower level decision making process you belong to the higher level" but this might not be the case for all systems.

[continuation] If we include this rule as automatic we are precluding some types of assembly relationships. I am not sure we want to do this right now... or I am not totally sure about the consequences. I would like to hear from @yaiza

Bones! si, la meva petició va més en la línia de poder fer una exportació massiva (i selectiva) entre persones usuàries que o bé estan en l'assemblea mare o bé en les sub-assemblees...
Sobretot quan hi ha organitzacions que maneguen un gran volum de persones participants. Ara a Som Energia, ens trobem que haurem d'entrar 100 mails, dues vegades.
Donat que és fàcil que hi hagi una correlació de persones participants entre Assemblees vinculades,...podria ser una millora útil!
