In the case of Decidim Barcelona Organizations, in order to give a solution to organizations that already have another external census system, it is necessary to import a file in CSV format with a list of emails of the members of said organization.

Is this only intended for emails? or can also other identifiers be included? e.g. Codes, registration numbers, secrets, etc. I think email can be good enough, I just wanted to know.

Also... is this aimed at registration or verification? or both?
