Add anchor links to comments

Finished

When I receive a notification from Decidim about a comment, the link provided in the email notification takes me at the top of the page which makes it super hard to find which was the comment I received a notification about.

Would be better if the page loaded at the level of page where the comment is located.

The development of this proposal has finished

  • It is funded by Barcelona City Council
  • Developed by Codegram
  • Available in release 0.21 via #5662

@virgiledevile keep in mind that, nowadays each comment has its own id, for example to link to Carol's comment would be Add anchor links to comments#comment21545 ,
but as comments are loaded after the page is loaded it doesn't work in all cases.

This proposal is somehow related => Rewrite comments in Rails
