Add homepage block feature latest blog posts

Similar to the block "Upcoming events" a client is asking us to create a homepage block that would display the lastest blog posts. Like other homepage blocks one would be free to display it or not.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As there is a similar home page block that can be used for events it just makes sense to have one for blog posts. The idea is to have a block that displays the lastest news of the organization.

We'd like to build a home page block that the admin is free to activate at will that will display the most recent blog post. In terms of look and feel it will look like the recent activity one but with only one type of content : blog post.
