Searching capabilities for admins are somewhat limited for initiatives. There are no filters for initiative types, few columns are sortable.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
- I'd like to add a filter for initiative types.
- And make the signature column sortable.
**Does this issue could impact on users private data?**
