Canvis a "When many promoter committee members only show the first 3"

When there are many members to the promoter committee the initiative public page it gets crowded.

Like we have for endorsement we suggest :

• by default only showing only the first 3
• show the user that created the initiative first
• add counter to signal how more promoter there are
• add a link to display all of the members
