Changes at "Let admins crop pictures on Decidim"

As an admin, it can be hard to add an image to a banner or a process because you can't preview the result and because Decidim arbitrarily crops the image to fit the space it's supposed to be in.

Describe the solution you'd like

On many websites, it's possible to crop the picture using an intuitive draggable rectangle over the picture (see picture).

Describe alternatives you've considered

For now, we try to give admins tips about the size their image should be in before uploading it but it doesn't always work. An alternative would be to preview the content.

Additional context

This would be solved with the use of a server-side JS library such as jquery-cropper.
