Changes at "Information only option on surveys"

In certain surveys, I need to have a section where I just give the participant additional information without him having to answer anything.

Add an additional question type \"Information\" which only consists of a title and a description/body.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the announcement-feature. However, this displays the text throughout the entire process.

Nope, it doesn't collect anything additional.
