Make social media links configurable

EDIT: Sept 15, 2022

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Cities and organizations can use different social media, but Decidim just deals with those ones for now:

  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Youtube
  • Github

Describe the solution you'd like

As @andres commented, a new section in the Settings sidebar could be dedicated to social media links. Admins could define the social networks that they want to use, by creating a Name, URL, and Icon.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Is it changed by the redesign? As the social media icons are part of the footer, should all of this go in a same section (with pages?).

Additional context

This proposals was edited after the comment by Andrés.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?

OLD PROPOSAL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Cities and organizations sometimes use Linkedin for communication purposes and might want to redirect users on their Linkedin profile;

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Linkedin in the list of social media links so admins can add their Linkedin profiles in the Settings > Configuration panel.

When enabled, display the Linkedin logo in the organization footer.

Additional context

We might also want to add Linkedin in the social share buttons.
