Add vote count per budget on budgets index in BO
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator managing a participatory budget with a lot of budgets, I have to enter each budget to see the number of votes per budget.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a vote column in the budgets index in BO to have an overview of the distribution of finished votes by budget.
Additional context
May be this could come with a harmonization of the budget index (with filtering and ordering capabilities).
