Changes at "Automate phase change in processes "

Now, if an admin wants to change the phase in a process, you have to do it manually. It would be a good improvement if this step could be done automatically on a preset day and time.

Describe the solution you'd like

When configuring the phases, in addition to start/end date option, you can also select start/end hour. By default, it would be 00:00 and 23:59. It will be possible to choose ranges of 30 minutes.

Also, we think that this new functionality has to be optional. So there will be a check to decide if the phases will change automatically or manually.
