Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

People come to Decidim platforms both from online and offline sources. However the link with offline sources (posters, street adverts, big screens) is difficult because the links might be long and complex. QR codes are a great way to link the offline and online spaces, but many QR generators suggested on Google are insecure, collecting data, etc..

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding QR code generation in the "share" modal of Decidim.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We are hesitating between generating it on the back end or on the client side.

@simonas here's the specific action-first UX we thought about:

Step1: upon scanning the QR code, users should be redirected to a mobile page with the page's available calls to action: support, follow, endorse, vote, ...

Step 2: in order to confirm, the users must sign in.

Step 3: After confirmation, users see the proposal they endorsed, etc, and can always draw back their click if they disagree.

This UX stems from the hypothesis that QR codes will link to proposals which are already known by the participants: they will be available either in day-to-day social contexts (Hi X, I just added a proposal which blablabla.... please support it!) or public spaces, where QR codes will likely be designed with a brief presentation of the project.

In order to draw more engagement, we propose to optimize 2 frictions upon arrival on decidim from a mobile: signing in first, and reading the proposal before endorsing.
