Add alert when publish a survey with answers

When you create a Survey, it's checked by default the "Delete answers when publishing the survey".

It happened that some admins, unaware of this check, have lost survey results.

Describe the solution you'd like

We propose to add a Pop-up warning when publishing a questionnaire if the option "Delete answers when publishing the survey" is checked.

The pop-up give two options: continue or cancel de publication.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?

I don't think so.
