    Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
    As a user of Decidim with Etherpad integrated (https://community.mautic.org) we take the meeting minutes in the Etherpad. When closing a meeting in the back-end, it asks you to write in the minutes.

    This results in a duplication of effort because the minutes are already available in the Etherpad.

    Describe the solution you'd like
    It would be helpful if the default were 'use etherpad' for the meeting minutes when it's enabled and configured, and maybe have an option to override this and manually type in the meeting minutes (e.g. if the Etherpad were for some reason unavailable or people did not use it to take notes at the time).

    Describe alternatives you've considered
    I currently manually copy and paste the notes from Etherpad, fix the extra spacing etc every time. It's a bit of a time drain which shouldn't be needed!

    Additional context
    Given not everybody used Etherpad I think this should probably be only available if it's enabled.

    Does this issue could impact on users private data?
    Not as far as I know.
