Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am wondering how the platform "Brasil Participativo" ( based on Decidim) is currently handling the mass input from the more than 1.4 million citizens without becoming too convoluted or in the need for many volunteers.

I stumbled into this problem because I am looking for ways on how to scale mass online participation for political campaigns and participation processes over here in Germany.

    Describe the solution you'd like
Semantic clustering of large-scale survey responses while preserving the diversity of views presented, combined with automatic summaries, visualizations and reports.

    Describe alternatives you've considered

The tool has been used in during the vTaiwan process in combination with Pol.IS, as described in this report:

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
If used in combination with Pol.IS, the current lacking API would pose GDPR problems. A team in the netherlands has been optimizing Pol.IS for GDPR. Talk to the City itself has been developed in Taiwan and may thus also not be compliant.
