To help those who cannot attend meetings or those who are unable to participate in meetings in English, or for people who may have hearing impairments, I am making this proposal.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution would be to implement within Decidim the possibility, also with the use of AI, to record meetings, have subtitles, and then, based on that, have AI create a summary of the meeting. This could then be translated into various languages. Alternatively, there could be a system of subtitles and simultaneous translation in multiple languages, including English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Albanian, Serbian, and Turkish, to cover the most spoken languages worldwide and in Europe. Additionally, the system could take into account participants' nationalities to select the appropriate languages.Make this available to the members of the community

Describe alternatives you've considered
Well, an alternative would be to at least have the recording available, and then each user can download it and use AI to translate and summarize it for personal use. However, it would be better if it were integrated into Decidim to make it easier for those who are not familiar with technology, as a service,To allow the best possible accessibility and participation for the members of the community, in the true spirit of participation and democracy that defines it.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
In case of private data or if consent for recording is not given, it will be requested before the meeting, and those who do not consent will simply have their name and face obscured to ensure they cannot be identified. A code should specify that recordings must remain within the community if they involve discussions about individuals, but for content, I would say public access is fine. Suggestions on this matter are welcome.
