Changes at "Remove login requirement for external meeting registration"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When registration to a meeting is set to happen on a different platform, the link to the registration can only be accessed by logged in users. This doesn't make sense in many cases, as the website where the registration takes place usually is connected to Decidim and does not care if a user is logged in or not.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make the link accessible to non-registered users or at least have the possibility to select this.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now, we place a link in the description text. This then sadly does not make use of the button placement
