Changes at "Internalize external modules and features"

Over the years, the community has created modules and extensions that have proven essential for many instances. Our goal is to bring some of these into the core repository, so they can be maintained, updated, and supported more reliably. This integration will reduce fragmentation, improve upgrade paths, and ensure that widely used features remain sustainable as Decidim evolves.
