Decidim Association - Coordination Committee Meeting

1/ Resignation of Fran

The departure of the coordination committee is presented and the following reasons are expressed:

1. Demotivation resulting from a feeling of depoliticization of the project in its technofeminist dimension and doubts about involvement in the role of militant.

2. Lack of space to share expertise in planning and strategic communication, generating a feeling of discomfort.

3. Questioning of the administrative functions assigned to the Coordination Committee, considering that it should be the body that watches over the vision of the project and guarantor of the democratic spirit.

4. Lack of space to work on the growth of the Latin American project (Brazil).

5. Lack of space to follow up on the fulfillment of the strategic planning.

6. Support for the technical office, and concern about labor insecurity and lack of coordination teams.

7. Questioning of communication on strategic issues between the coordination group and the technical office.
