1/ Job offer: Communication Coordinator

• We received a lot of candidacies! Around 50

• Calendar: 

  • Open to submission until: 15 January

  • CV Review: 15 - 22 January

  • Interviews: 

• We need to define who from the CC is going to participate in the selection process.

  • Ali to review profiles

  • We need more people volunteering both for screening and interview processes

  • First screen will be very important

Concerns: 

• Not very positive that we only got Catalunya candidates, because role with international perspective

• Lot of candidacies focused on communication, concerning because this is not the main point of the role

2/ Committee elections

Election of: 

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• President

Marta is elected president of the association 🥳

Txema and David remains respectively secretary and treasurer of the association. 

3/ Internal regulation participatory process

• Drafting Committee has had the first meeting

• We are discussing the design of the process: Process Design (Internal regulation)

We postpone the debate about Local Swiss Chapter to the next CC meeting.
