Community Meetings

I AUTHORISE Barcelona City Council to incorporate my personal data collected with this form in the participation file owned by Barcelona City Council in order to manage my participation in the Community Meetings*.

*We will use your email address to manage the registration to the sessions and to send you communications related to MetaDecidim and other participation processes related to the development of the platform.

I AUTHORISE Barcelona City Council to capture my personal image in the visual or audiovisual recording of these events, and to use it in any medium and format, including dissemination through the website and social networks, free of charge and without time or territorial limit, for the purposes of Organic Law 1/82 on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one's own image.

I assign to the City Council of Barcelona, any copyright that may result from my participation in these sessions made in a collaborative manner, for the purposes of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, which approves the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the current legal provisions on the subject.

The City Council informs that any information, documentation, images, etc. resulting from the sessions will be published in the municipal digital media with a CreativeCommons licence of the type "Attribution-ShareAlike (by-sa)" under the collective authorship of the meetings or of the decidim.barcelona community.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, the personal data collected will be included in the Participation file, for which the City Council is responsible.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a written communication, enclosing a photocopy of your ID card, clearly indicating in the subject line "Exercise of LOPD Rights", to the General Registry of Barcelona City Council, address: Pl. Sant Jaume No. 1, 08001, or to any of the decentralised registries. You can also exercise your rights by sending an email signed with a recognised electronic signature to the following address: suport@decidim.barcelona

If, for any reason, you do not wish to take part in the photographic or video recordings that may be made during the sessions, you are solely responsible and you must take care not to be in the field of vision of the cameras or recording devices.
