Introduction: In a city the close relationship between participation and territory is fundamental to understand the territoriality of the processes, the uniqueness of each street, neighborhood or district, and the people who inhabit them, their urban form,... Numerous processes of participation are being launched that cross urban space and participation.
Challenges: What possibilities exist to cross the functionalities of the Decidim with the geolocalization? What functionalities could be added to improve the processes of participation that imply the management and decision making related to the urban space? How to reinforce the articulation of the on site participation with the participation in the platform? What functionalities could be added to the platform to facilitate the governance of a building, a superintendent's office or a neighborhood? How to delimit a territorially a scope of decision: only those who can verify that they are registered in that neighborhood or a user should be able to choose when registering in which neighborhood and district she wants to decide? Should we be able to decide in more than one neighborhood/district?
Example: Decidim.barcelona should serve to coordinate the government of the neighborhood assembly of a building by calling meetings and structuring the agenda, allowing the vote for decisions related to the neighborhood community.
