Terms & conditions preview is not readable on Register page

Describe the bug

When a user registers, they need to approve the terms and conditions, and a box displays a preview of the text before the checkbox that users have to check before registering.

Right now, the text is this box is packed, unformatted and greyed. It is pretty much unreadable.

To Reproduce

Just go to the Register page of any platform and scroll down to see the box.

Expected behavior

Formatting the text would make wonders (see the screenshot).

Otherwise, I recommend hiding the box altogether since the terms and conditions are still available by following the link.
