I like this proposal and I endorsed Codi Tramuntana's feature request. However, I think we should seriously consider improving our search navigator and displaying it almost everywhere. This is an important PX change, and improving the filtering option of the process/assembiles page is clearly the next step. But in general, I think the more complex the organization the more important and valuable should be a unique search console that organizes the flow and type of content and can be displayed in several sections with the right parameters. This was an original idea of the product team but some technical problems left the implementation behind.

Hi @xabier, do you mean the global search no? how do you think that global search can be placed inside assemblies module? simply prefiltering by assembly resources and removing other "resources" from the results view?

Exactly! I very much like the way in which Github handles this. When you have to list something specific you simply display the search result parametrized. Having a good abstraction of this will help a lot. We currently have 4-5 sub-optimal ways of showing content: search, activity stream, lists, navigator (like proposal navigator), etc.
