Auto email after submitting a proposal
Our users have asked for an automatic email message (a kind of "thank you note") that could be sent to everybody who has left a proposal. The message should be configured from the admin panel and it should be specific for each process. The point of this predefined standard message is not only to say "thank you" but to inform the citizens what happens next (e.g. how the proposal is assessed, when is the voting etc).

I like very much the idea, I suggest we also include on the mail the fingerprint of the proposal, this increases trust on the platform. The question is ... when should the email be sent? right after the proposal has been sent? after the editing period is over?
Hi, I'm reopening this since I recently had the need for this feature. I think we should send the mail right after the proposal has been sent and maybe even add in the email the duration of the editing period.
