At the moment the answers counter in the the process page discards answers to questionnaire under the same process which have been answered by the same users. So if you have more than a questionnaire under the same process, and many users answer to more than a questionnaire, many answers can be discarded from the total answer counter indicating a lower activity than the real one, which can be extracted with the reports.
We request that the surveys answer counter and the sum of the answers on the questionnaire report reflect the same amount of answers.\n
