Proposal email notifications could say "click here to go directly to proposal"

I received an email notification of a response to another proposal and it took a moment to realize that there was a link at the bottom intended to bring me back to the proposal on metadecidim. We have a lot of not technologically sophisticated users, so I sorry this may not be obvious to them.

It might be helpful to simplify modify or add to the link in the notification email, which currently uses the title of the proposal, to include text that explicitly tells the user to "click here to return to the discussion on the website".
