Error in calendar time zone configuration

The time zone in the calendar is preconfigured as (GMT + 00: 00) Universal time coordinated, and for most European countries this configuration should be (GMT + 02: 00) Central European Time. This causes a problem when exporting and visualizing the calendar from decidim on other agenda's managers, because the meetings appear two hours after from the original starting time.
