Each participatory process should have a "promoting group" or a team that formalized it. Sometimes there is also "follow-up team" ("comité de seguimient") which is a team or working group or committee with representatives of the diverse sub-groups and interest of the process, and it monitors and evaluates (as a "democratic guarantee team") the procedure of the process, we have one of these for the governance process for example.
