I don't really understand what's the difference between the "Comité de coordinación" and the "Oficina tecnica" described in https://meta.decidim.org/processes/decidim-gov/f/961/collaborative_drafts/27
Also I haven't found a proposal for describing the role of "Comité de coordinación" so maybe it's higher level of management.
