Clarify the meeting process, the meeting roles (facilitator & secretary) so that anybody can easily participate in the calls.
Facilitator description: makes sure the meeting goes well
Equality: Makes sure everyone has access to an equal time of speech
Clarity: Makes sure each point stays within it's scope
Agency: Makes sure all important points are treated during the given timeframe: invites members to prioritise the points they wish to address
