Meetings

Meetings need the attribution of these 2 following roles and to follow the process described below.

Facilitator

Role description: makes sure the meeting goes well

  • Equality: Makes sure everyone has access to an equal time of speech

  • Clarity: Makes sure each point stays within it's scope

  • Agency: Makes sure all important points are treated during the given timeframe: invites members to prioritise the points they wish to address

Secretary

Role description: Captures meeting notes

  • Members present

  • Point by point notes

  • Next actions: who engages to do what?

    • Meeting notes are posted on the metadecidim meeting

      • The link is posted to the elements channel

Meeting process

  1. Facilitator & Secretary attribution

  2. Project updates: what happened since last time?

  3. Review of agenda items: Agenda items to add?

    1. i.e. proposals to improve rules, open a new project, share or request information from others, ...

  4. Agenda items treated, one by one

  5. Closing round: what worked well that we can keep doing more?
