[EN] The technology committee is responsible for giving guidance in architecture, evaluating large changes in the code, refactorings, integrations. This team must work hand in hand with the technical office and the product committee.

@xabier do you think we have some kind of committee responsible for creating and formalizing processes?
For decentralized organization there is generally to options :
- embracing chaos which gives a lot of latitude for innovation and independance but makes progressing in a single direction hard to track
- formalizing the way we work and handle things in a couple basic processes which we enforce to gain clarity an efficiency.
I think Decidim would fit more in the later. Though maybe a committee for processes might be too much, maybe each committee should be transparent and have a responsability to document its processes.
Each participatory process should have a "promoting group" or a team that formalized it. Sometimes there is also "follow-up team" ("comité de seguimient") which is a team or working group or committee with representatives of the diverse sub-groups and interest of the process, and it monitors and evaluates (as a "democratic guarantee team") the procedure of the process, we have one of these for the governance process for example. Not sure I fully answered your question.
