We better discuss these issues at the proposal, since this draft is already closed. But my answer would be yes, you have to be registered at meta.decidim and you have to be verified.
Yep :( I had the draft open until the last day, but since nobody did not comment, I decided to publish it just do discuss it in a next step
that's fine! I think the discussions didn't really work very well during Christmas time!
