[ES] Las contrataciones de personas, empresas o servicios se regirán por criterios de igualdad, mérito y capacidad. Las convocatorias se publicarán previamente en Metadecidim con los requisitos y criterios de valoración con los que se escogerá la persona o empresa a contratar. [EN] Hiring of people, companies or services will be governed by criteria of equality, merit and ability. Announcements will be previously published in Metadecidim with requirements and evaluation criteria with which the person or company chosen to be hired.
