[ES] El Comité de Coordinación (o Consejo de la Comunidad), antes de tomar una decisión que afecte a la entidad ha de abrir un período de información, recepción de propuestas, votación de los miembros y retorno al Metadecidim. También se tendrá que debatir en una o más SOMs / [EN] The Coordination Comitee o the Council of the Community, before taking a decision that affects the entity, must open a period of information, reception of proposals, voting of the members and return to the Metadecidim. It will also have to be dedated in one or more SOMs.
