Decision making and conflict resolution, therefore, the informed vote is assumed and creation is also included of thematic committees that may be formed by experts or simply interested in a specific topic. The possibility of a vote weighted according to experience is rejected as it is very difficult to apply. In any case, the people that form part of the Committee of Democratic Decisions must have recognition of the partners because of their personal experience or trajectory.
